Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance needs while delivering exceptional service. This role is responsible for servicing existing accounts, assisting with policy sales and renewals, issuing certificates of insurance, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships. Quote, process, and service insurance policies for new and existing customers. Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate client records and documentation. Support agency growth through referrals, relationship-building, and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, agency procedures, and documentation requirements. Qualifications: Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous insurance, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain required licensing. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
