Client Manager - Employee Health & Benefits

Client Manager – Employee Health & Benefits Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team responsible for shaping marketing strategies for client renewals, delivering client‑facing materials, leveraging expertise in funding contracts and carrier reporting systems, providing insightful analysis, and negotiating tailored benefits coverage. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Insurance or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years insurance industry experience Strong technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage 5+ years experience preferred (not required) Working knowledge of BenefitPoint, ImageRight, or Applied Epic is a bonus KS/MO Life and Health License (a plus) Driver’s License and proper insurance (a plus) Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities Marsh McLennan and its affiliates are EOEMinority/Female/Disability/Vet/SexualOrientation/Gender Identity employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
