Job Description The Corporate Affairs team drives public affairs and advocacy initiatives. We need a Corporate Affairs Strategist to develop and execute strategies across government relations, public policy, and regulatory affairs, ensuring alignment with HPE’s corporate goals. Position Objective Support HPE’s Administration, Congressional, and FCC strategy and engagement with deep expertise in networking, spectrum, FCC policies and processes, and relationships across the agency. Key Responsibilities Forge and nurture relationships with government officials and policymakers. Represent HPE’s interests in legislative and regulatory matters. Interpret and analyze laws and regulations, assess impact on business, and collaborate with legal teams. Lead creation and implementation of policies supporting market access and business growth. Advise on complex policy matters such as tariffs, taxation, workforce strategies, and M&A. Ensure continuity during team transitions and mentor team members. Deliver persuasive written and verbal communications on government relations and public policy. Qualifications 3+ years experience in government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, or advocacy. Advanced degree preferred in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field. Strong legal background in interpreting laws and assessing business impact. Experience navigating complex legal and regulatory environments and driving outcomes for large enterprises. Excellent writing and communication skills in government, legal, and policy domains. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute key initiatives. Experience managing complex, large‑scale cross‑functional projects.
