Staffing Coordinator

Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to help ensure our residents receive exceptional care by maintaining appropriate staffing coverage for our nursing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with leaders to keep daily operations running smoothly. As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in scheduling, payroll support, attendance tracking, and ensuring our nursing departments are staffed to provide outstanding resident care. What You'll Do Create and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for every shift Coordinate staffing for open shifts, call-ins, vacations, and other scheduling needs Maintain accurate daily and monthly staffing records Assist with payroll verification by ensuring nursing staff hours are accurate Track employee attendance and communicate concerns with nursing leadership Partner with the Director of Nursing and leadership team to support daily operations Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local staffing requirements Promote a safe, organized, and resident-centered environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities Foster positive communication with residents, families, employees, and visitors What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Ability to work collaboratively with nursing leadership and other departments Why Harmony Utica Ridge?
