Lead Care Manager Senior Living

As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. What you'll do: Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage Provide hands-on ADL support when needed Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly Support onboarding and mentor new team members Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service. What we're looking for: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care Pay range: 17.20 - 21.55 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
