Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while efficiently managing a variety of nursing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong assessment and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Scheduling

This position follows a 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off rotating schedule. Flexibility is essential to accommodate changing patient needs and organizational requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize nursing protocols and evidence-based practices to assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to medical staff in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families about preventative care and treatment options.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients at all times.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

The role may require extended periods of standing, lifting and moving patients, and responding quickly to emergencies. Candidates should be prepared to meet the physical demands associated with providing care in a clinical setting.
