Our client is a global FMCG organization focused on driving growth through commercial strategy, innovation, and market leadership. As the business continues to invest in its U.S. operations, they are seeking a Lead Pricing/Revenue Strategy Manager to join their team in Raleigh, NC.

Your new role

As the Lead Pricing/Revenue Strategy Manager, you will help shape key commercial decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the wider pricing team, you'll use data and market insights to influence strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support business performance while leading a team of three.

What you will need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- 6+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or a related FMCG environment

- Strong commercial acumen and experience turning insights into business recommendations

- Experience with pricing, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders

- Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams

- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
