HR Onboarding Coordinator

To enhance the new hire integration process, the full-time HR Onboarding Coordinator will manage onboarding tasks, ensure compliance, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders in a remote work environment through December 2026. Key responsibilities Execute and complete all onboarding tasks promptly while ensuring adherence to company processes and confidentiality Schedule onboarding activities, manage necessary paperwork, and support pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance Create and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and track the effectiveness of the onboarding program Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 1+ years of experience in human resources, training, or learning & development Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies, and employment laws Proficiency in using HRIS systems, preferably Workday Excellent organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently
