Regional Patient Access Lead- Great Lakes

Regional Patient Access Lead manages a field-based team of patient access liaisons across the Great Lakes region, responsible for team performance, development, and strategic coordination with sales and support functions to facilitate patient access to medications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team of patient access liaisons; oversee performance, training, and compliance
- Develop key performance metrics, track results, and provide individual development coaching
- Coordinate with Area Sales Directors, Hub Services, and cross-functional teams on joint priorities
- Identify emerging patient needs and communicate them to relevant departments
- Develop quarterly presentations on team objectives and performance outcomes
Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 2 years patient access experience, OR Master's degree with 4 years experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 6 years experience
- People management experience or proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of pharma/medical industry, insurance, reimbursement, and compliance guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Willingness to travel 50-75% regionally, including overnight and weekend commitments
Compensation: $175,958.50–$238,061.50 USD
