You'll help develop content, bring new ideas to our recruiting channels, participate in early-talent events and contribute to projects that reach candidates across North America.You may also have opportunities to represent Bosch at offsite recruiting and university events, giving you firsthand experience connecting our employer brand with future talent.This is a hybrid opportunity, with three onsite days per week in our Farmington Hills, MI office, creating plenty of opportunities to collaborate, build relationships and learn from HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues across Bosch.What you'll gainYou'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding and employer branding while building skills in project management, content development, digital marketing, university recruiting and candidate experience.
