About the Role:
Join All One Gym Inc as a Pilates Instructor and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic and engaging Pilates classes. With a focus on community and wellness, youll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' physical and mental well-being.
- Conduct group and private Pilates sessions tailored to various skill levels.
- Develop and implement innovative class plans that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to ensure client safety and effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to enhance the client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster community and encourage retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your teaching techniques.
- Assist in marketing and promoting Pilates classes to increase participation.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a holistic wellness environment.
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., STOTT, BASI, or similar).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a studio or gym setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and commitment to client success.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
