Remote Help Desk Technician - Healthcare IT Support

MAXIMUS

Maximus is seeking a Technician 1 - Help Desk to support CMS BOSC clients remotely. The role involves resetting user IDs and passwords, unlocking accounts, addressing MFA issues, and assisting with reports and data requests. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma and 0–2 years of experience. Hours typically run 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST, with CMS vetting completing as a condition of employment.
