Senior Product Owner

Experience: 10+ Years Role: Senior Product Owner Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and drive product development in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and product strategy experience. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Work closely with stakeholders to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify improvements. Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across teams. Ensure timely delivery of product features and continuous improvement. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product roadmap tools. Excellent skills in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management. Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
