Cox Roofing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead (Closer) to join our team and take charge of the final stages of our sales process!

As the Team Lead (Closer), you will be the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing to project completion. You will guide homeowners through the roofing process, explain the scope of work, and ensure their satisfaction every step of the way. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships from contract signing to project completion.
• Explain the project scope, materials, and financing options to clients in detail.
• Finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all details are accurate and transparent.
• Oversee post-production walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure all work meets expectations.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to execution.
• Address client questions, concerns, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure client satisfaction and close out projects with a focus on building long-term relationships.

What We Offer:

• Commission: 4% of the gross contract value for each project you successfully close and oversee.
  • Example: For a $12,500 gross contract, you would earn $500.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales or customer relations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at different stages in the pipeline.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client concerns in a professional manner.
• Previous experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
