** Position: RN Clinical Manager - Home Health **

Position Summary:

Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Responsible for supervision of the clinical field staff and CNAs and oversight of the agency admission process pursuant to compliance with CMS conditions of participation, Argus Home Health Care policies and procedures, payer guidelines, and all regulations governing the provision of skilled home health services.

Responsibilities:

• Review case referrals, patient info, and assign staff as needed.
• Evaluate cases through visits, conferences, and records; guide clinicians for quality care; and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate.
• Review diagnoses, medications, and clinical progress.
• Assist with care plans, goal setting, and priorities.
• Attend case conferences for care coordination.
• Conduct quarterly record reviews and report findings.
• Help with hiring, orientation, and staff training.
• Support policy development and in-service programs.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Participate in community outreach and promote customer service.
• Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Clinical Director.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN License required, or compact covering Colorado with no restrictions
• 3 or more years of clinical patient experience
• Home Health experience a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Compensation:
$80,000-$80,000 per year
