This role focuses on product vision, stakeholder collaboration, customer-centric design, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions while partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams.Your role. Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market insights.. Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.. Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and outcomes.. Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data, feedback, and KPIs.Your skills and experience. At least 6 years+ strong experience in product management or product ownership.. Proven ability to define product strategy and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer-centric design principles.. Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and features.. Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools.. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.. Nice to have experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).. Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.. Experience working in DevOps or technology-driven environments is a plus.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 to $161,544Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
