Front Desk & Patient Services Coordinator
Ontario Trillium Foundation
Greeting and checking in patients as they arrive Scheduling patients for future appointments Answering inbound calls Obtaining and confirming patient demographics each visit Obtaining and confirming patient insurance information & verifying eligibility each visit Scanning documents into patient EMR as needed (ID, insurance card, etc.) Collecting co‑pays and payments toward outstanding balances HIPAA compliance Accurately gather and process all necessary information & data to complete medical records, referrals, & billing Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Ontario Trillium Foundation
