1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Mechanical Assembler:

Build Precision Components: Assemble mechanical parts such as valves, injectors and related components using detailed work instructions and blueprints.
Work with Specialized Tools: Use hand tools, measuring devices, torque tools, and testing equipment to complete assemblies accurately and safely.
Read & Follow Blueprints: Interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and specifications to ensure products meet quality standards.
Inspect Your Workl: Verify completed assemblies meet production and quality expectations before moving to the next step.
Support the Team: Assist with maintaining organized workstations, troubleshooting minor assembly issues, and helping teammates when needed.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Mechanical Assembly Experience : At least 1-2 years of mechanical or technical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
Tool Experience: Comfortable using hand tools, measuring tools, and precision assembly equipment.
Attention to Detail : Ability to work with small parts and maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process.
Reliable Work Ethic : Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Capability: The strength to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to remain active on the floor throughout the shift.
