Core Duties and Expectations:

1. Support and promote workplace safety standards at all times.
2. Build and organize equipment components, assemblies, and packaged sets by following established production guides and procedures.
3. Inspect, evaluate, and diagnose product performance while identifying and documenting defects or operational concerns.
4. Report recurring quality-related findings or patterns to the appropriate personnel.
5. Accurately process and maintain records related to material usage, labor tracking, and inventory activity.
6. Carry out assigned departmental procedures efficiently by adhering to detailed operational instructions.
7. Perform additional responsibilities and special assignments as needed to support team objectives.
8. Remain adaptable and capable of contributing across multiple functions within the tooling and production areas.
