Team: Our 30-person full-time team includes alumni of TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, Business Insider, Asana, Morning Brew, and Pinterest. We've stayed intentionally small, which means every person here owns a function rather than a slice of one.

Traction: We're bootstrapped, profitable, and on track for $35M in revenue this year - after $9M in 2024 and $20M in 2025. The advertisers who fund it want tech's decision-makers: AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, and GitHub.

About the Role

TLDR's Applied AI team builds the agent-first operating layer the company runs on: the internal platform, skills, managed agents, and command centers used daily by go-to-market, ops, and leadership. Demand is compounding across every function, and today all triage and product judgment sits with one person.

This is our first dedicated PM hire!

In this role, you will:

• Triage every incoming request: investigate it down to the underlying problem, shape it into a build-ready spec, and route it.

• Redesign today's business processes into their productized, agentic form.

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle of internal surfaces like team command centers, including how changes get communicated back to the teams that depend on them.

• Partner with our auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling so specs increasingly self-deploy.

• Hold the seam with our Strategy & Ops team: they own what a process needs to do today, you own what its agentic version looks like.

What Success Looks Like

• More of the company's work runs through the agentic path than through manual process, and requests go from filed to live and adopted faster than they do today.

• Function leaders bring requests straight to you, and the Head of Applied AI is out of the triage and spec-writing business entirely.

About You

• 3+ years as a product manager

• Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows: you've shipped something real with LLMs or agents, not sat next to a team that did.

• Nice to have : productizing internal processes, running high-volume multi-stakeholder intake, or working close to GTM.

Compensation :

• Base compensation: $160,000-$200,000

• Annual company performance bonus: $5,000 - $20,000

Location : We're 100% remote across the US and Canada. Work where you want - our bands are set to tier-1 city rates wherever you live.

Team Events : Biannual team offsites. Most recently we’ve gone to New Orleans, San Diego and Park City!
