Facilities Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.04 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Coordinate with contractors to provide bids, contracts, insurance received, and coordinate scheduling of work with contractor, building/home occupants, facility team and housing team
- Create and coordinate distribution of a variety of notices to occupied homes and buildings
- Enters check requests into the accounting system for facilities and housing as needed
Facilities Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years’ experience working in a professional office environment required
- Contract management experience preferred
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications required, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to type 60+ wpm
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team orientated environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
