Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings 1-2+ years of ABA experience Be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home Genuine passion for helping children Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in implementing BIPs. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services. Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs. Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
