As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide personalized ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based practices and effective behavioral techniques

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments as needed

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive team approach to support each child's unique needs

• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations for treatment and intervention

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, attending training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
