Staffing Coordinator

Work Schedule This is a 0.9 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM will be scheduled. This will include 1:6 weekends and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Be part of something remarkable Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation. Staffing Coordinator Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization. Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing. Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field – preferred. Work Experience 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service‑related field – required. 3 years in an administrative support function – preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting – preferred.
