A physician-led occupational health practice in Fresno, California is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to serve as Medical Director in a clinic-based role with a strong mix of patient care and leadership.

This position offers a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, along with a base compensation range of $265,000 to $300,000 , depending on experience, training, geographic factors, and seniority. Additional benefits include monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, paid time off, CME time, malpractice coverage with tail, retirement matching, health benefits, relocation assistance, and opportunities to teach residents and students.

The role combines direct patient care with clinical oversight, quality improvement, staff leadership, and collaboration with therapists, specialists, clients, and payers. Training in occupational medicine is provided, and FMCSA NRCME certification is preferred or can be obtained.
