Apartment Maintenance Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, MD. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home.

• $20–$22/hour , plus:

Type: Full Time

Minimum Experience: Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
