Maintenance Training Specialist

The Electro Mechanic Trainer (Professional Path) is part of the Training & Development function and focuses on designing, scheduling, delivering, and tracking technical training to support the reliability, performance, and safety of critical manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities Design, schedule, deliver, and track technical training. Establish training and education modules for consistent onboarding. Provide a train‑the‑trainer program and qualify area trainers for content delivery. Develop training materials and knowledge assessments for area standard operating procedures, partnering with functional areas to coordinate these assessments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document training and processes. Utilize training authoring and multimedia tools and software for development projects. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competition, training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Incorporate feedback from training sessions into future training content. Follow GxP regulations by adhering to SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, completing required training, and ensuring consistent quality in all work. Meet individual job responsibilities while supporting overall organizational compliance and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, high school + 8 years of experience or an Associate’s degree + 4 years. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Employment Details Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM EST – 5:00PM EST (some flexibility required for night shift training). Travel: Minimal, less than 5%.
