Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and patient-centered manner. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle various administrative tasks independently. Reliability: A proven track record of initiative, independence, and dependable attendance. Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive as a team player. Willingness to Learn: Openness to training and professional development within the dental field. Preferences Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a significant plus. Industry Experience: Previous experience managing patient records or working in care coordination is beneficial but not required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental software or medical scheduling systems.
