Lead Patient Registration Associate (Emergency Dept)

Job Description This position is 40 hours per week, Night Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am. Working every other weekend. Additional day off during the week. Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations. Support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit. Audit registration and transportation on shifts. Accountable for staff on shift. Coaching, directing and guiding when required. Promoting positive customer service in person and by phone. Training of new employees. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience Experience: 2-3 years health/medical administration experience, preferably hospital setting; 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred.
