Working every weekend with two additional days off during the week. Rotating two week schedule as follows: Week one: Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat Week two: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, & Sat. Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations. Support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit. Audit registration and transportation on shifts. Accountable for staff on shift. Coaching, directing and guiding when required. Promoting positive customer service in person and by phone. Training of new employees. Salary Salary Range: $21.23 - $28.66 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Requirements Qualifications: Education: HS Diploma or GED; A.A.S. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience Experience: 2-3 years clerical experience; preferably hospital-based. Supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred. Skills: Exceptional performance reviews, excellent communication skills and demonstrates Highland Promise Standards. Medical terminology. Advanced computer skills and the capacity to master additional advanced skills.
