Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Entry Level Opportunity – Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This entry-level position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric dental care, eager to learn, and committed to delivering gentle, patient-centered hygiene services in a fun, family-oriented setting.

Pay

$50~$60 per hour

Requirements

Valid RDH license
Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ability to comply with all clinical protocols and professional standards
Willingness to work in a pediatric dental environment
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
Entry-level candidates and new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with pediatric patients and families
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team

Job Description

Perform dental hygiene assessments including charting and periodontal screenings
Provide professional dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants for pediatric patients
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Educate young patients and their families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
Foster a positive, reassuring environment to help reduce patient anxiety
Participate in continuing education and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
