Practice Manager

Practice Manager (PM) – San Jose, California Accountable for all aspects of the location’s business operations. Serves as a team leader in a people‑first organization, guiding staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Through creating memorable experiences with each patient, the PM drives top‑line sales, increases margin, controls payroll expenses, and improves profitability to meet company objectives. Works directly with staff and OD partners to ensure professional eye exams, medical services, quality product selection, acceptance of vision insurance plans, and remarkable patient service.
