RN, Medical Intermediate Float - Tier I

Job Overview Registered Nurse – Intermediate Float Pool (Full Time, Night) Responsibilities Float to 14 different units at Saint Luke’s Hospital, caring for medical‑surgical and intermediate patients. Provide nursing care on units focused in Neuro, Cardiac, Transplant, Pulmonary, Orthopedic, and Surgical services. Adapt quickly to new environments and learn each unit’s protocols. Grow into roles such as preceptor or charge RN, and pursue additional training for expanded patient types. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute setting. Valid Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent, with current RN license.
