Employee Benefits Financial AnalystBuilt on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI!The Employee Benefits Financial Analyst provides guidance and support for the financial consulting needs of employee benefit clients. They will use technical expertise to assist clients in understanding and managing their financial and utilization metrics.The Financial Analyst collaborates with the Financial Consultant to review monthly financial reports, utilization metrics, and benchmarks.
