As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.41 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, offices, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate logs and directing individuals to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken. Support a professional, customer-focused environment by communicating clearly with site contacts and following Allied Universal and client site reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
