As a Senior Global Supply Chain Planner, you'll operate with a high degree of independence, sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing cross-functional decisions that impact our global network. This is a role where your voice carries weight, your insights drive action, and your work directly supports life-changing products reaching the people who need them.The Senior Global Supply Planner is a key member of the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain organization, responsible for developing and executing supply strategies for an assigned product family sourced through Contract Manufacturers (CEMs/OEMs). This role owns the end-to-end supply planning process, partnering closely with Demand Planning to balance demand and supply while ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost, and supporting global business objectives.What You'll DoYou'll partner closely with Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply strategies with real-world business needs — from new product launches and promotional activities to network changes and long-term capacity planning. You'll own key planning and operational performance metrics, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between demand signals and manufacturing capabilities across a complex global footprint.The ideal candidate has prior experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning, Production Planning, or other end-to-end planning functions within a complex manufacturing environment. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable making data-driven decisions with minimal supervision, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global organization.
