We are seeking a Line Cook to support the grill station and hot line during breakfast and lunch service. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role will prepare food in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for breakfast and lunch service.
- Set up and stock the assigned kitchen station.
- Operate the grill station and hot line.
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently.
- Manage cooking times during high-volume service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of line cooking experience.
- Experience with grill cooking.
- Experience operating fryers.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
