Accounting Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Riverside, CA. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in supporting accurate financial results, strengthening accounting procedures, and partnering with leadership on operational and financial insights. Key Responsibilities Manage the full cycle month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Oversee cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, including inventory, product costing, and variance analysis. Maintain accurate general ledger activity and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and reporting deadlines. Leverage NetSuite and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, improve reporting, and support operational decision‑making. Partner with cross‑functional teams to review costs, identify trends, and provide meaningful financial insights. Support process improvements, accounting controls, and documentation to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire.
