Accounting Manager

Multiple companies, one general ledger, and a finance department that needs someone to run it — not sit on top of it. You'd own the books across all mulitple entities of a construction group with around $100M in combined revenue, reporting into ownership. The department has staff — AP clerks, AR clerks, and a Staff Accountant — but it needs a leader to close the month, untangle the intercompany, and hold people to what they committed to. Built for someone who's done construction accounting and wants full command of a complex, multi-entity environment.
