ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With six years of experience as a State Farm agent and another six as a team member before that, I bring more than a decade of industry knowledge to the table. My husband Jim and I share our home with our two beloved dogs, Asher and Niko, and we love spending our free time exploring the outdoors and going on adventures together. That same passion for connection carries into our office culture — we’re a friendly, growing team with a deep commitment to educating our customers and helping them feel confident in their coverage.

Our office currently has three team members, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where people can truly thrive. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yesenia Alvarez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
