Senior Salesforce Developer

SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER – Durham,NC // Hoboken, NJ

The Select Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join aSalesforce CRM Platform team to support the continued growth of a Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative. This Senior Salesforce Developer will help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience and is comfortable learning emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex , Lightning Web Components ( LWC ), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Agile software development experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Bonus Experience:

• Salesforce Agentforce experience.
• Salesforce Data Cloud exposure.
• Salesforce sales cloud experience. Role will be roughly 80% service cloud and 20% sales cloud.
• Experience building AI-enabled or automation-focused Salesforce solutions .

What You'll Do:

• Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality.
• Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices.
