Senior Learning & Development Specialist

IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE) drives technology adoption and internal customer success to enhance employee experience, productivity, and awareness of IT services. The Learning Planning Lead will plan, coordinate, and support engaging learning solutions for global IT initiatives, including AI, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Apps & Tools. Key Responsibilitie Plan and manage end-to-end learning logistics, including scheduling, registrations, communications, and documentation Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to deliver learning initiatives on time Assess learner needs and support the design and development of engaging, user-focused learning content Assist in creating facilitator guides, presentations, on-demand resources, and communications Support delivery of virtual and in-person learning sessions for global audiences Implement learner surveys and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement Qualificatio Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in project/program planning, preferably in corporate learning Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skill Experience supporting learning programs in AI, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, or workplace technologies Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM), virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom), and agile environment Ability to simplify technical concepts and create visually engaging learning material #J-18808-Ljbffr
