We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.LPN/RN PositionAs an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.You will:Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulationsTrain staff and report to the director of nursingEnsure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plansKnow and follow infection control and safety proceduresReview, update and communicate resident care documentationEvaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulationsSupport dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residentsYou currently:Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standingTypical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.
