Member Experience Associate - Front Desk & Wellness Host
GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY
The YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Charlotte to welcome members, check in guests, and support daily facility operations. You will deliver tours, explain membership options, and help maintain a high standard of service within the facility. This entry-level, non-supervisory role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn policies quickly.
