Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Title: Account Associate Job Purpose: To work as an employee of a State Farm Agent assisting the agent in marketing State Farm products and services and providing quality service to State Farm customers. Experience and Knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree desirable Experience in marketing and/or customer service desirable. Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable. Duties and Responsibilities: Implement the agency’s marketing plan at direction of the agent. Work from the agent’s office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in insurance financial review appointments. Conduct needs based interviews in the agent’s office supported by technology. Meet goals set by the agent. Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity. Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent. Skills / Abilities: Results oriented Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to identify prospects Ability to create positive business relationships Job Related Training Courses, Licensing and Programs: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Successfully complete all company requirements (licenses) to market and service designated State Farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.
