Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (West Coast / Pacific Time)

Compensation: $60k - $65k base + commission (OTE $100K)

4Sight Labs provides real-time biometric monitoring for incarcerated individuals. Our wearable sensors and analytics detect health and safety risks before they become emergencies. Correctional facilities use our technology to prevent incidents, respond faster to medical events, and improve outcomes for the people in their care and the staff who work there. Your Impact

As our SDR, you'll be the first conversation many correctional, healthcare, and public safety leaders have with 4Sight Labs. You'll research prospects, open doors through thoughtful outreach, and set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Sales cycles in this market are long and relationship-driven, so you'll combine consistent outreach with the patience to nurture contacts over months, not just days.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify prospects across correctional facilities, healthcare providers, and public safety organizations.
• Run outbound outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand prospects' pain points, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep accurate records of activity and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
• Share field insights on trends, objections, and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and qualified-meeting goals.
• May require regional travel.

What You Bring

Required

• 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role (B2B SaaS or technology preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach (50–100+ touches per day).
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, sales tools such as HubSpot.
• A self-starter mindset and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
• Coachability and curiosity.

Preferred

• Experience selling into government, healthcare, or public safety.
• Experience at an early-stage or mission-driven company.
