This is a primarily on-site hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week after onboarding. Local candidates are strongly preferred. Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases independently, appearing in court, and working directly with clients. Job Description Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution. Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, HOA matters, business law, and defamation cases. Advise clients on legal strategy and case developments. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments. Handle written discovery and take or defend depositions. Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and court proceedings. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials. Manage deadlines and case strategy while maintaining excellent client communication. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Organized with strong case management abilities. JD from an accredited law school.
