Draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery. Litigate business disputes involving contracts, non-competes, shareholder issues, and employment law. Help shape trial strategy and represent clients in hearings and trials. Advise business clients on litigation risks and compliance. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of solid litigation experience and a strong courtroom toolkit. Ohio law license in good standing. Experience in business litigation, employment defense, or regulatory matters a plus. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. A detail-oriented, driven professional who takes pride in client service.
