Requirements:

• Our Client seeks an experienced attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience.

• Construction defect litigation experience is a plus.

• Experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas is also a plus.

• You will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience.

• Litigation work will depend on experience, but may include legal research and writing, conducting discovery, motion practice, taking/receiving depositions, and trial preparation.

• When ready, you will also gain jury trial, bench trial, and/or arbitration experience. You will work with partners and associates on challenging and significant matters.

• Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania, be in good standing, and have prior law firm experience.

• Firm is currently on a flexible hybrid schedule where attorneys may work remotely a portion of each week.
