About Us: Located at 2465 E Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33304, The Sunness offers a modern twist on classic American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We’re committed to delivering top-notch service and unforgettable meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.

Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience at the bar.

Develop a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and wine list to make recommendations.

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Handle payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for mixology and providing excellent customer service.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
